That is why we have a time-tested system in place to ensure that we clearly understand your vision from the very beginning. • We start off with a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation: This gives us the opportunity to get a basic understanding of your goals and provide you with our best advice on a way forward. Please contact us to schedule your free phone consultation
  
  
• If our services, meet your needs: The next step is a consultation, either in-person or over the phone. We will get well acquainted with the scope of your project and discuss your ideas in depth.  We recommend that you bring in magazine clippings, links to websites, and any other items that appeal to you.
  
  
• After our first meeting: We should have enough information about your project to issue an estimate of both time and cost. All of our estimates are garanteed within a 20% margin so that you can be sure, provided that the scope of the project has not changed, you will never be billed higher than 20% additionally, regardless of our time over-runs, and we will always notify you prior to utilizing the margin if it does become neccesary. This margin provides an accuracy-cushion for our estimates and a level of security for the client.
  
  
• If our estimate, works with your budget: We will then send you a detailed contract as well as an invoice for the initial payment. Once we have received the contract and payment, we begin work immediatly.
  
  
• Depending on the type of project: One or more design proposals will be created.  We will then go through a series of proposal reviews, allowing you to provide feedback until a final design is accomplished.  Using this system, we find that there is ample space given for communication, enabling us to be successful in acheiving the goals of our client's projects.
